Role Description We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect to contribute to the development of thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling architectural solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, building systems, materials, and construction methods. Proficiency in relevant architectural design and documentation software, such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar platforms. Ability to develop design concepts and translate them into clear architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations. Strong visual, creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of architectural detailing, technical documentation, and design coordination. Strong attention to accuracy, proportion, composition, and detail. Ability to communicate architectural ideas clearly through drawings, presentations, and written communication. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and respond constructively to design feedback. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple design requirements and priorities. Knowledge of relevant building regulations, codes, standards, accessibility principles, and sustainability considerations. A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to design challenges.
