We’re Hiring: Travel Operations Coordinator | Egypt

Casa Kaya, a Dubai-based travel company, is expanding its operations and is looking for an experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team in Egypt.

This is a full-time position suited to someone with 3–7 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry, strong operational skills, and a passion for delivering seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and manage travel itineraries and tour packages

* Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and attraction tickets

* Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds

* Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners

* Monitor operational quality and ensure customer satisfaction

* Provide accurate package information, photos, and trip content to the marketing team for social media and website campaigns

* Prepare operational reports and booking summaries.

Requirements

* 3–7 years of experience in tourism operations and travel planning

* Experience with travel booking platforms such as TBO, Hotelbeds, Expedia TAAP, or similar systems is highly preferred.

* Experience in handling FIT and Group bookings.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Knowledge of the GCC and Egypt travel markets is a plus.

* Strong understanding of travel products and operational processes

* Fluent in English and Arabic
