Role Description The Senior Vice President (SVP) at PK Group Chile will provide strategic leadership, guiding long-term business planning, market positioning, and organizational growth. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a blend of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The SVP will oversee key client relationships, manage executive-level stakeholder communications, and support regional expansion and partnership development. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, aligning cross-functional teams, mentoring senior leaders, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively and ethically. The SVP will also contribute to budgeting and resource allocation decisions, risk management, and the continuous improvement of governance and operational standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in senior executive leadership roles, with a track record of driving strategic growth and organizational transformation. Strong background in business planning, financial oversight, and data-driven decision-making at a regional or global scale. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with boards, clients, partners, and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to mentor and develop leaders, build high-performing teams, and foster an inclusive, collaborative work culture. Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the ability to lead distributed teams while balancing on-site and remote responsibilities. Deep understanding of risk management, governance, compliance, and ethical business practices. Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA or similar) preferred; equivalent experience in senior leadership will also be considered. Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Ability to work part time with flexible scheduling while maintaining accountability for strategic outcomes.
