Manage and coordinate civil construction activities at the project site.
Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved methods, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and relevant project documentation.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and other project requirements.
Support project planning, scheduling, and timely completion of assigned works.
Ensure proper coordination between civil works and other project disciplines.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**
Experience in **sewage treatment, wastewater treatment, sewage stations, drainage, or infrastructure projects** is highly preferred
Experience as a Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager
Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Good project coordination and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and site management abilities
UAE/GCC experience is preferred
