- Respond promptly to equipment malfunction reports from members and staff, prioritizing urgent repairs to minimize downtime and member inconvenience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a vocational certificate or associate's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing fitness equipment in a commercial gym or similar setting.
- Certification in basic electrical and mechanical repair, with a preference for specialized fitness equipment certifications.
