المرشح المثالي
حد أدنى من 3-5 سنوات خبرة في بيع التجزئة للأدوات والدهانات، أو بيئة مشابهة تتعامل مع العملاء.
معرفة قوية بمنتجات Asian Paints مفضلة.
يفضل وجود خبرة عمل في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
إثبات القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز فريق صغير، تعزيز جو من التعاون وموجه نحو النتائج.
Should handle the painters/contractors who visit the shop.
Oversee daily operations of the hardware and paint section, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient customer service.
Manage inventory levels for hardware tools, paint supplies, and related accessories, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
Should be able to improve the shop sales
Supervise and train a team of sales associates and stock handlers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and store policies, particularly concerning handling of chemicals and power tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail hardware, paint, or a similar customer-facing environment.
Strong knowledge about Asian Paints Products preferred.
Work experience in UAE preferred.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented atmosphere.
