<ul><li><p>Should handle the painters/contractors who visit the shop.</p></li><li><p>Oversee daily operations of the hardware and paint section, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient customer service.</p></li><li><p>Manage inventory levels for hardware tools, paint supplies, and related accessories, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.</p></li><li><p>Should be able to improve the shop sales</p></li><li><p>Supervise and train a team of sales associates and stock handlers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and store policies, particularly concerning handling of chemicals and power tools.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail hardware, paint, or a similar customer-facing environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge about Asian Paints Products preferred.</p></li><li><p>Work experience in UAE preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented atmosphere.</p><br></li></ul>
