Senior Manager - ML & AI Safety United Arab Emirates Permanent Position
We are looking for a Senior Manager to help lead AI safety and readiness projects for a bank in the UAE.
You will be a key player between business and technical, ensuring the safety and security of the businesses AI solutions.
Your responsibilities:Gen AI Evals and Guardrails Predictive Machine Learning Stakeholder Management: AI project teams/ AI CoE members Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures Identify opportunities within the AI roadmap
Experience needed:Experience in banking or financial services7+ years in ML or Data Science Python code proficiency XAI libraries LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, Giskard, Arize) Systems Design Leadership and management
Industry Banking or FS
Degree MSc or PhD in Com Sci, Data Science, Statistics or related field. *Must have a degree to apply for this job*
