Supervise daily fit-out and joinery workshop production.
Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings.
Supervise carpentry, joinery, cutting, assembly, and finishing works.
Ensure proper use of MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, solid wood, and other fit-out materials.
Monitor woodworking machinery and workshop equipment.
Conduct quality and finishing inspections.
Plan materials and control material wastage.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Store, and installation teams.
Resolve production and technical issues effectively.
Ensure workshop safety and HSE requirements are followed.
Monitor production targets and project deadlines.
Prepare daily production and progress reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–3 years of relevant fit-out/joinery/carpentry workshop experience.
Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman or Supervisor is preferred.
Strong knowledge of joinery and carpentry works.
Ability to read shop drawings and technical drawings.
Good knowledge of woodworking materials and machinery.
Strong team supervision and manpower planning skills.
Good quality control and problem-solving skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice will be prioritized.
