فريق KBR أبوظبي PMC يسعى حالياً إلى محترفين ذوي خبرة للمنصب المذكور أدناه دعمًا لمشروع بحري رئيسي. سيكون الدور قائمًا في مكتب العميل أو مكتب المقاول في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
الغرض من الوظيفة
يتولى مهندس العمليات الأول مسؤولية تطوير وتصميم والتحقق وتقديم أنشطة هندسة العمليات لمشاريع ADNOC Offshore في الحقول الخضراء للنفط والغاز. يوفر القيادة الفنية خلال مراحل FEED والتصميم التفصيلي ودعم المشتريات والبناء والتشغيل والبدء، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ADNOC والرموز الدولية ومواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأهداف التميز التشغيلي.
المسؤوليات الرئيسيةهندسة وتصميم العمليات
- قيادة أنشطة هندسة العمليات للمرافق النفطية والغازية البحرية الخضراء، بما في ذلك منصات رأس البئر، مرافق المعالجة، ضاغط الغاز، حقن الماء، معالجة المياه المنتجة، وأنظمة التصدير.
- تطوير ومراجعة مخططات تدفق العمليات (PFDs)، مخططات الأنابيب وأجهزة القياس (P&IDs)، أساس تصميم العمليات، والسرديات العملية.
- إعداد ومراجعة الحسابات العملية بما في ذلك:
- التوازن الحراري والكتلة
- التحليل الهيدروليكي
- دراسات تخفيض الضغط
- تحليل شبكة التوهج
- حسابات تقدير أبعاد المعدات
- إجراء محاكاة العمليات باستخدام Aspen HYSYS، Aspen Plus، أو برمجيات مكافئة.
- ضمان سلامة وفعالية أنظمة الإنتاج وتحسينها.
تطوير مشروع الحقل الأخضر
- دعم اختيار المفاهيم، ما قبل FEED، FEED، ومراحل التصميم التفصيلي.
- المشاركة في اختيار التكنولوجيا ودراسات تحسين العمليات.
- تقييم بدائل المشروع من حيث التكلفة والتشغيل والاعتمادية والسلامة.
- تطوير فلسفات تصميم العمليات للمرافق البحرية الجديدة والواجهات البرية المرتبطة.

- التأكد من الامتثال لمعايير ADNOC للصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومتطلبات السلامة الدولية.
- مراجعة كفاية أنظمة relief والتوهج ومتطلبات السلامة العملية.
إدارة الواجهات
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الميكانيكا والأنابيب والكهرباء والقياس والهيكل والعمليات.
- التواصل مع ممثلي ADNOC Offshore وفِرَق PMC والمقاولين EPC والبائعين والمرخِّصين.
- دعم إدارة الواجهات بين التركيبات البحرية والمرافق التشغيلية القائمة.
دعم الإنشاء والتشغيل والبدء
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي أثناء البناء والتجهيز المسبق والتشغيل والبدء.
- مراجعة تغييرات هندسية في الموقع وتعديلات ميدانية.
- المشاركة في إجراءات التشغيل والاختبار الأداء
- دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وتحسين الأداء بعد البدء.
الجودة والامتثال
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال الهندسية للـ:
- معايير ADNOC Offshore
- الرموز والمعايير الدولية
- إجراءات الهندسة بالشركة
- مواصفات المشروع
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم والتدقيق.
- ضمان تسليم مخرجات الهندسة في المواعيد المحددة ضمن جداول المشروع.
المؤهلاتالتعليم
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
- يفضّل درجة الماجستير.
الخبرة- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في هندسة العمليات في النفط والغاز.
- لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مرافق بحرية ومشروعات تطوير حقول خضراء.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع ADNOC أو الشرق الأوسط أو مشاريع بحرية دولية كبرى.
- خبرة في مراحل FEED والتصميم التفصيلي لمشروعات EPC كبيرة.

Job Title:Senior Process Engineer - Greenfield
KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is currently seeking experienced professionals for the position listed below in support of a major Offshore Project. The role will be based at either the Client's Office or the Contractor's Office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job Purpose
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for the development, design, verification, and delivery of process engineering activities for ADNOC Offshore greenfield oil and gas projects. The role provides technical leadership throughout FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement Support, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up phases while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, project specifications, HSE requirements, and operational excellence objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Engineering & Design
- Lead process engineering activities for offshore greenfield oil and gas facilities, including wellhead platforms, processing facilities, gas compression, water injection, produced water treatment, and export systems.
- Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Design Basis, and Process Narratives.
- Prepare and review process calculations including:
- Heat & Material Balance
- Hydraulic Analysis
- Pressure Relief Studies
- Flare Network Analysis
- Equipment Sizing Calculations
- Perform process simulation using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent software.
- Ensure process integrity and optimization of production systems.
Greenfield Project Development
- Support Concept Selection, Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design phases.
- Participate in technology selection and process optimization studies.
- Evaluate project alternatives for cost, operability, reliability, and safety.
- Develop process design philosophies for new offshore facilities and associated onshore interfaces.
Equipment Engineering
- Prepare and review specifications and datasheets for:

- Liaise with ADNOC Offshore representatives, PMC teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and licensors.
- Support interface management between offshore installations and existing operating facilities.
Construction & Commissioning Support
- Provide engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
- Review site engineering changes and field modifications.
- Participate in commissioning procedures and performance testing activities.
- Support troubleshooting and optimization after start-up.
Quality & Compliance

QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Master's Degree is advantageous.
Experience- Minimum 15 years of Process Engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
- Minimum 8 years in offshore facilities and greenfield development projects.
- Proven experience on ADNOC, Middle East, or major international offshore projects.
- Experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases of large EPC projects.
