• Lead procurement activities for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil materials across GCC markets.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and conduct techno-commercial negotiations.
• Develop vendor database and maintain strong relationships with GCC-based suppliers and OEMs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with project requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Prepare procurement status reports, MOMs, and dashboards for management review.
• Support logistics, customs clearance, and documentation for cross-border GCC shipments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating with GCC vendors (Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain).
• Strong knowledge of GCC market practices, vendor networks, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP procurement modules and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs and procurement packages simultaneously.
• Knowledge of international procurement standards and Incoterms.
• GCC market awareness and ability to identify cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
