We're Hiring: Sales & Birthday Planner for 360 Play

Location: Dubai and Bahrain

Are you passionate about sales, event planning, and creating memorable celebrations? We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Birthday Planner to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional birthday experiences while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily sales activities and customer interactions.

• Follow up on sales leads and update the CRM/system regularly.

• Schedule sales meetings, reminders, and customer follow-ups.

• Monitor sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Plan and coordinate birthday celebrations based on customer preferences and budgets.

• Recommend gift ideas, party themes, decorations, and celebration packages.

• Design birthday concepts for kids, teens, adults, and corporate events.

• Maintain recurring birthday reminders and monthly birthday lists for clients.

• Coordinate customer communications through email, SMS, and other channels.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales and Birthday/Event Planning.

• Experience in birthday decoration, party themes, and celebration planning is essential.

• Experience in digital sales and online lead generation is highly preferred.

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management systems.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
