About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of major water, environmental, and waste projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Water & Environment business across the Middle East
Develop strategic client relationships and new business opportunities
Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial strategies
Oversee medium to large-scale water, environmental, and waste projects
Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
Drive performance, innovation, and best practice
Requirements:
15+ years of relevant industry experience
Minimum 5 years Middle East experience, preferably including UAE and KSA
Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation
Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree; professional qualifications preferred
