Role & responsibilities Performing any combination of following duties in Bakery production & display Maintenance of Bakery utensils, equipment, and work area. Timely production & display execution of quality products as per the production cycle and plan Ability to operate the Bakery equipments Adhering to the supply stores production requirement Customer interaction and satisfaction Ensuring continuous availability of range & escalating any production related issues to the Senior Baker Managing wastage within the budget and delivering sales growth & targets Inventory control & effective stock management Effectively understand, describe and execute recipes Adhering to the FIFO method & freshness of display
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a high school graduate (10th Pass) Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of Arabic/ Hindi is an advantage Bakery & Pastry craft course is an added advantage Strong understanding of hygiene standards & quality standards of the products for sale HACCP certification is an added advantage
