• Supervise and manage MEP technicians and daily work activities.

• Coordinate day-to-day MEP maintenance and site operations.

• Monitor HVAC, ducting, plumbing, piping, fittings and electrical works.

• Ensure proper handling, usage and availability of MEP materials.

• Prepare work schedules, task assignments and incident reports.

• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for MEP related requirements.

• Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities with minimal disruption to business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree / Engineering qualification in MEP, Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in MEP supervision, maintenance, facilities or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ducting, plumbing, pipes, fittings and electrical materials.

• Experience supervising and managing MEP technicians.

• Good knowledge of site operations and MEP material handling.

• Strong coordination, scheduling, reporting and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.

• Experience in Real Estate Maintenance / Facilities Management / Construction is preferred.

• Retail or multi location maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
