We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing, Automation Testing, and Airline Booking/Reservation systems.
Mandatory Skills✅ 5+ years of QA/Testing experience✅ Strong hands-on Automation Testing experience✅ Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing experience✅ Airline domain experience is mandatory✅ Hands-on testing of Airline Booking / Reservation / PNR workflows✅ End-to-end and integration testing experience

Airline Booking Experience Should Include• Flight search & availability• PNR / reservation creation• Passenger details & fare selection• Payment & ticketing• Manage My Booking• Flight change / cancellation / refund• CRM integration with airline reservation and downstream systems
