About the Role
We're looking for an Operations & Sales Manager who can drive sales and run the department. You will have a support who currently handles about 70% of the job well — your role is to fully understand, double-check, and secure every part of the process, then take it further with sales.
Responsibilities
Drive sales: find leads, follow up, close deals Lead and oversee the department's team Track shipments end-to-end and manage invoicing/payments Review and verify current processes to ensure nothing is missed React fast to problems; handle heavy parallel email/Whats App communication

Experience leading a team within clear structures Calm, solution-focused under pressure Basic commercial knowledge (invoicing, payments) Good English; Urdu/Hindi
