Compliance World is looking for an experienced FSRA & ADGM Regulatory Compliance Consultant / Expert to join our growing regulatory advisory team in the UAE.

We are seeking a senior compliance professional with strong practical experience in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) regulations, licensing, regulatory applications and ongoing compliance
???? Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on ADGM and FSRA regulatory requirements and applicable Rulebooks
• Lead and support FSRA Financial Services Permission (FSP) applications
• Develop regulatory business plans, compliance frameworks and operating models
• Advise on AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring and financial crime controls
• Prepare and review Compliance Manuals, AML/CFT Policies, Risk Assessments and Governance Frameworks
• Support clients with Senior Executive Officer, MLRO and other controlled-function requirements
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments and compliance health checks
• Establish and review Compliance Monitoring Programmes
• Assist with FSRA regulatory reporting and ongoing regulatory obligations
• Support regulatory inspections, remediation programmes and regulatory correspondence
• Advise on governance, risk management, internal controls and regulatory policies
• Support Fin Tech, VASP, investment, asset management, fund, payments and other regulated businesses seeking to establish or expand in ADGM
• Monitor changes to FSRA/ADGM regulations and translate regulatory changes into practical business requirements
• Provide senior-level regulatory advice to directors, shareholders and management teams.

???? Required Experience

Essential:

✅ Strong practical knowledge of ADGM / FSRA regulatory framework
✅ Proven experience in FSRA licensing and regulatory applications
✅ Strong knowledge of FSMR and FSRA Rulebooks
✅ Extensive AML/CFT and financial crime compliance experience
✅ Experience preparing regulatory policies, manuals and risk assessments
✅ Understanding of regulatory governance and controlled functions
✅ Experience dealing with regulators and regulatory requirements
✅ Excellent report writing and client advisory skills
✅ UAE regulatory compliance experience

• Sanctions and Targeted Financial Sanctions
• FATF standards and risk-based compliance frameworks
• Regulatory remediation and compliance transformation
