- Manage and meticulously organize the principal's complex personal and professional calendar, prioritizing appointments and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with discretion and professionalism, drafting, reviewing, and ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, expertly screening calls, visitors, and emails, and representing the principal with poise and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Proven experience in managing complex international travel and logistics.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
