Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform blockwork, brickwork, plastering, and other masonry works.

• Prepare and apply cement, mortar, and other construction materials.

• Read and follow drawings and instructions from the Foreman.

• Ensure proper alignment, levels, and finishing of masonry works.

• Assist with concrete and other general construction activities when required.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

• Follow site safety procedures and quality standards.

• Coordinate with helpers and other workers on site.

• Report any issues or material requirements to the General Foreman.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Completion of formal masonry apprenticeship or vocational training, providing a strong foundation in the craft.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in masonry construction, demonstrating expertise in various materials.

• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations relevant to masonry work.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
