Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Backend Operations Specialist with a minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience with MT5 Administrator and MT5 Manager in a Forex, CFD, or brokerage environment.
The candidate will be responsible for managing MT5 backend operations, client accounts, trading configurations, deposits and withdrawals, payment gateways and cryptocurrency transactions, daily reconciliation, operational reporting, and issue resolution. Experience with IBs, PAMM/MAM, Copy Trading, liquidity providers, and exposure monitoring will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in both Hindi and English.
