Perform general electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, and basic repair works.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Carry out preventive maintenance and regular apartment inspections.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests.
Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard.
Keep maintenance tools and equipment in good condition.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Holiday Homes team in Dubai.
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, holiday homes, or residential properties.
Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems.
Ability to work independently and solve problems.
Good communication skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
