We specialize in Organic Hair Treatments with other services like hair, massage, nails, body. Role Description the Hairdresser role at Clove Beauty Center is a full-time, on-site. The Hairdresser will perform daily tasks such as cutting, styling, and treating hair according to client requests and professional recommendations. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing hair care advice, and recommending suitable products and services. The role also involves maintaining workstation cleanliness, following health and safety standards, and contributing to a positive, inclusive salon atmosphere. The Hairdresser is expected to build strong client relationships, support repeat business, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth salon operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles. Knowledge of Hair Care techniques, including treatments, products, and scalp health. Background in Cosmetology, with understanding of salon services and industry best practices. Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, communication, and client consultation. Relevant certification or diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology. Experience working in a salon environment, preferably in a similar role. Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple appointments.
