We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of materials and services, and collaborating closely with engineering and project teams to support organizational goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with company objectives. - Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery timelines. - Prepare and negotiate contracts and purchase agreements to secure favorable terms. - Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand technical specifications and project requirements. - Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards. - Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. - Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement engineering, preferably within the Middle East or UAE market. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze technical specifications and incorporate them into procurement decisions. - Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
