Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales in Dubai Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid UAE driving license preferred Professional, disciplined, and results-driven attitude Ambitious and financially motivated Financial stability for 4–6 months Long-term career mindset with minimum 2-year stability commitment

ما ستقوم به: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء. إجراء أبحاث السوق والبقاء في صدارة اتجاهات العقارات. توجيه العملاء بشأن استراتيجيات التسعير والتمركز والتسويق. إجراء معاينات العقارات وإدارة عملية البيع بالكامل. ضمان معاملات سلسة وميسرة من البداية حتى الإغلاق. البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات السوق واللوائح وتغيرات الصناعة.
المتطلبات: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مبيعات العقارات في دبي. مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية. يُفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية. سلوك مهني ومنضبط وموجه نحو النتائج. الطموح والتحفيز المالي. الاستقرار المالي لمدة 4-6 أشهر. عقلية وظيفية طويلة الأمد مع التزام بالاستقرار لمدة عامين على الأقل.
