تسعى شركة Black & Grey HR إلى تعيين مهندس عقود للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات ما offshore وما تحت سطح البحر لدى عميلنا في أبو ظبي على أساس دائم. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتنفيذ ومراقبة جميع الجوانب التعاقدية للمشاريع المسندة إليك - التزامات ما بعد التعاقد. يضمن الدور تنفيذ العقود وفقاً للشروط المتفق عليها ومتطلبات المشروع والأحكام التعاقدية المعمول بها، مع تقليل المخاطر التجارية والتعاقدية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة العقود
- إدارة وتنفيذ عقود المشاريع (مثل عقود EPC، والمسح، وتحت سطح البحر، وعقود CPA).
- ضمان الامتثال لشروط العقود والأحكام.
- تفسير بنود العقود وتقديم التوجيه لفريق المشروع والعميل.
إدارة المطالبات
- إعداد وتقييم التوصية بالموافقة أو الرفض للمطالبات والتعديلات وأوامر التغيير المقدمة من المقاولين.
- إعداد وتقييم مطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT) وتأثيراتها التكاليفية المرتبطة بها.
- تحديد المخاطر التعاقدية المحتملة وتقديم استراتيجيات للتخفيف من حدتها.
- دعم حل النزاعات والمفاوضات والتسوية النهائية للمطالبات.
إدارة التكاليف والدفعات
- مراجعة طلبات الدفعات المؤقتة والحسابات النهائية المقدمة من المقاولين.
- ضمان القياس والتقييم والدقة في إصدار الشهادات للأعمال المنجزة.
- رصد أداء التكاليف مقابل ميزانيات العقود والموافقة على التعديلات ودعم مهندسي التكاليف/التخطيط.
الإبلاغ والتوثيق
- إعداد تقارير تعاقدية وتجارية منتظمة للعميل.
- الحفاظ على السجلات المناسبة للمراسلات والتعديلات والمطالبات والموافقات.
- ضمان اكتمال وثائق العقود ودقتها وقابليتها للتدقيق.
التنسيق
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع ومهندسي التخطيط والتكاليف وفرق المخاطر.
- تقديم المشورة التعاقدية خلال اجتماعات المشروع ومراجعات التقدم.
- العمل كواجهة تعاقدية رئيسية بين العميل والمقاولين والمستشارين.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو المساحة الكمية أو إدارة التشييد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة العقود والإدارة التجارية في مشاريع EPC كبيرة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل MRICS، PMP، CCM) ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في إدارة عقود بميزانيات سنوية تزيد عن 200 مليون دولار أمريكي.
- خبرة في عقود ما بعد التعاقد للأصول أو السفن أو المعدات المسؤولة عنها مفضلة.
- القدرة على إدارة عقود متعددة والأولويات.
- توقع التفاعلات الدورية مع عمليات التدقيق من قبل العميل أو طرف ثالث ومراجعات الاستعداد.
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة مثل MS Office، SAP أو منصات أخرى.
- مهارات قوية في تفسير العقود والتفاوض.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
- اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل ودقة الوثائق.

Job description
Black & Grey HR is seeking a Contract Engineer to join our client's offshore and subsea operations team on a permanent basis in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing, administering and overseeing all contractual aspects of assigned projects - post‑award contract obligations. The role ensures that contracts are executed in accordance with agreed terms, project requirements, and applicable contractual clauses, while minimizing commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Administration
- Manage and administer project contracts (e.g., EPC, Survey, Subsea, CPA contracts).
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions.
- Interpret contract clauses and provide guidance to the project team and client.
Claims Management
- Prepare, evaluate and recommend approval/rejection of contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
- Prepare and assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims and associated cost impacts.
- Identify potential contractual risks and advise mitigation strategies.
- Support dispute resolution, negotiations, and settlement of claims
Cost & Payment Management
- Review interim payment applications and final accounts submitted by contractors.
- Ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and certification of works.
- Monitor cost performance against contract budgets and approve variations & support Cost/Planning Engineers.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular contractual and commercial reports for the Client.
- Maintain proper records of correspondence, variations, claims and approvals.
- Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate, and auditable.
Coordination
- Work closely with project managers, planning, cost engineers and risk teams.
- Provide contractual advice during project meetings and progress reviews.
- Act as a key contractual interface between Client, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration and commercial management on large EPC projects.
- Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, PMP, CCM) are an advantage.
- Experience managed over USD 200 million+ Annual budgeted contracts.
- Post award Contracts experience preferred for the Assets, vessels, or equipment under responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities.
- Periodic client/third‑party audit interactions, readiness reviews expectation.
- MS Office, SAP systems or tools or platforms.
- Strong contract interpretation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
