1. Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive electrical and A/C system faults accurately.

2. Identify the root cause of electrical and A/C problems using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and systematic troubleshooting methods.

3. Carry out electrical repairs, including wiring, sensors, fuses, relays, batteries, alternators, starters, lighting and other electrical components.

4. Diagnose and repair automotive A/C systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, blower motors, pressure switches and related components.

5. Perform A/C gas recovery, vacuuming, gas charging and leak testing as required.

6. Read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical circuits.

7. Conduct proper testing before and after repairs to ensure the fault has been rectified.

8. Carry out assigned repair jobs efficiently, accurately and within the expected time.

9. Ensure vehicles are repaired according to manufacturer specifications and workshop standards.

10. Communicate identified faults, required repairs and additional work clearly to the Workshop Supervisor.

11. Maintain proper care of diagnostic equipment, tools and workshop equipment.

12. Follow all workshop safety procedures and PPE requirements.

13. Ensure the vehicle is properly checked before handing it over to the customer.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as an Auto Electrician / A/C Mechanic.

2. Strong hands-on experience with multi-brand vehicles.

3. Able to diagnose electrical and A/C faults independently and identify the root cause.

4. Proficient in using automotive diagnostic scan tools and electrical testing equipment.

5. Good knowledge of automotive wiring, sensors, modules, relays, fuses, starting/charging systems and A/C systems.

6. Able to carry out repair jobs effectively, accurately and within the required time.

7. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

10. Must follow workshop safety procedures and professional standards.

11. Candidates currently in the UAE will be preferred.
