Warehouse Operations

Supervise and execute daily inbound, outbound, processing, picking, put-away, decanting, replenishment, and dispatch activities. Ensure planned daily volumes are completed within agreed SLAs and target throughput. Monitor workflow throughout the shift and take immediate corrective action to avoid operational delays or backlogs. Coordinate with other warehouse departments and support functions to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Manpower and Productivity

Plan and deploy manpower according to operational volumes and approved budgets. Ensure effective utilization of resources and achievement of target manpower productivity for each activity. Lead and supervise approximately 30–40 employees, including team leaders and floor staff. Regularly monitor individual and team productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.
