We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to be responsible for the day-to-day technical condition of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be able to complete most maintenance and repair works independently and avoid using third-party contractors for minor issues whenever possible.
Main Responsibilities:• General restaurant maintenance and repairs• Painting, wall, gypsum and ceiling repairs• Basic electrical works such as lights, switches, sockets and minor troubleshooting• Basic plumbing works including leaks, taps, drainage and pipe connections• Minor MEP and AC-related troubleshooting• Repair of doors, locks, hinges, furniture, shelves and restaurant fixtures• Minor repairs of kitchen areas and equipment where possible and safe• Regular inspections and preventive maintenance• Identifying problems before they become serious or affect restaurant operations• Contacting suppliers or authorized service companies for equipment under warranty• Coordinating technician visits and following up until the issue is fully resolved• Checking that repaired equipment is working properly• Managing procurement of required spare parts, tools and maintenance materials• Keeping basic maintenance materials and commonly used spare parts organized and available Requirements:• Good hands-on experience in general maintenance• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and basic MEP works• Restaurant, hotel or F&B maintenance experience is preferred• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues practically• Responsible, proactive and well organized• Able to communicate with suppliers and service companies when external support is required We are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for the restaurant’s daily maintenance and solve most technical issues independently.
