Job Description

The Maestro is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building engaging online communities across multiple social media platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating compelling content, monitoring campaign performance, and working closely with internal teams to strengthen the company’s online presence and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars.
• Manage multiple social media accounts while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize content using performance insights.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
• Build audience engagement and support overall digital marketing objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of content planning and audience engagement.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and improve campaign results.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Instagram.
• TikTok.
• Facebook.
• LinkedIn.
