Key Duties And Responsibilities
Anantara the Palm team members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their co-team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
- To ensure that friendly, courteous and professional service is always provided at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club.
- Is creative and ensure that the activity at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club is fun filled and educational.
- To be able to identify return children, guests and VIPs.
- Never say "No". Always find a way to exceed the guest's needs and is consistent in-service delivery.
- Participates in training and development programs.
- Does not compromise on safety.
- Is responsible for zero accidents in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club and Resort in general.
- Ensure that child safety is a top priority by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct childcare standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club/Chill Teens Club.
- Make sure all the equipment is functional and complete.
- Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area and follows up for completion.
- Constantly seeks ways to improve operational procedures with Recreation Supervisor.
- Gives immediate feedback of operations and concerns to the Recreation Supervisor.
- Keeps Recreation Supervisor informed and updates him on guest feedback and / or concerns.
- Conceptualizes and organizes festivities and special events for children.
- Monitors operational supplies and maintains appropriate par stock in the department.
- Monitors departmental cost and is responsible for profitability of the department.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by Recreation Supervisor and/or Recreation Management team.

- التحلي بالإبداع وضمان أن تكون الأنشطة في نادي «توك توك» للأطفال/نادي «تشيل» للمراهقين مليئة بالمرح وتعليمية.
- القدرة على التعرف على الأطفال والضيوف وكبار الشخصيات العائدين.
- عدم قول "لا" أبداً. البحث دائماً عن طريقة لتجاوز احتياجات الضيف والاتساق في تقديم الخدمة.
- المشاركة في برامج التدريب والتطوير.
- عدم التهاون في إجراءات السلامة.
- تحمل مسؤولية تحقيق صفر حوادث في نادي «توك توك» للأطفال/نادي «تشيل» للمراهقين والمنتجع بشكل عام.
- ضمان أن تكون سلامة الأطفال أولوية قصوى من خلال اتباع إرشادات السلامة المناسبة وتطبيق معايير رعاية الأطفال الصحيحة.
- ضمان الصيانة المناسبة لجميع المعدات في نادي «توك توك» للأطفال/نادي «تشيل» للمراهقين.
- التأكد من أن جميع المعدات تعمل وبحالة كاملة.
- ضمان الإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب عن أي خلل أو نقص في الصيانة إلى القسم المختص والمتابعة حتى الإنجاز.
- البحث المستمر عن طرق لتحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية مع مشرف الترفيه.
- تقديم ملاحظات فورية حول العمليات والمخاوف إلى مشرف الترفيه.
- إبقاء مشرف الترفيه على اطلاع وتحديثه بشأن ملاحظات الضيوف و/أو مخاوفهم.
- تصور وتنظيم الاحتفالات والمناسبات الخاصة للأطفال.
- مراقبة الإمدادات التشغيلية والحفاظ على مخزون مناسب في القسم.
- مراقبة تكاليف القسم وتحمل المسؤولية عن ربحية القسم.
- أداء أي واجبات أخرى قد يكلفك بها مشرف الترفيه و/أو فريق إدارة الترفيه.
