- حوالي 4-10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية بعد التأهيل (PQE).
- محامٍ مؤهل من شركة محاماة دولية رائدة أو مؤسسة مالية.
- خبرة قوية في صناديق الاستثمار، ويفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في الصناديق المفتوحة وهياكل صناديق التحوط.
- تعتبر الخبرة في تقديم المشورة للمستثمرين المؤسسيين أو مديري الأصول أو صناديق الاستثمار ميزة إضافية.
- سيكون من المفيد الحصول على خبرة في المشتقات أو ترتيبات التحوط.
- مهارات تقنية ممتازة في الصياغة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a highly regarded, internationally focused investment organisation in Abu Dhabi.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Approximately 4-10 years' PQE.
- Qualified lawyer from a leading international law firm or financial institution.
- Strong experience in investment funds, ideally with exposure to open-ended funds and hedge fund structures.
- Experience advising institutional investors, asset managers or investment funds advantageous.
- Exposure to derivatives or hedging arrangements would be beneficial.
- Excellent technical, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
