We are seeking a vibrant, Arabic-speaking, professional, and organized Front Desk & Customer Relations Officer to join our team at a leading music institute in Dubai.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in welcoming students and visitors, managing inquiries, following up with potential customers, and ensuring smooth daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk & Reception: Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Communication Management: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Customer Relations: Follow up on potential leads and customer inquiries, effectively converting them into course registrations.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize appointments and manage the daily scheduling of music lessons in coordination with teachers and students.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry and perform daily administrative tasks using computer systems and office software.
Requirements- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a polite, tactful, and welcoming personality.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Organization: Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Compensation & Location- Salary: AED 4,000 per month
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Relocation/Commute: Ability to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting work is required.
