Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, including property investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify lucrative investment opportunities and properties matching clients' criteria.
- Proactively prospect for new business through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and property regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales support, to maximize business opportunities and streamline processes.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for client management and lead tracking.
- RERA certification or equivalent real estate license is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
