PUBLIC RELATIONS - Develop & implement strategic PR campaigns to promote the company's projects, initiatives, and achievements
- Build & maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage in relevant publications
- Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, and social media posts
- Coordinate and manage media events, such as press conferences, interviews, and site visits
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure PR activities align with overall business goals
- Manage & moderate PR Crisis off and online with frequent crisis management reporting.
- Develop a company CSR strategy & manage it.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR
MARKETING RESEARCH - Conduct accurate Projects Overview Presentations, Briefs & RFPs to market research agencies to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform marketing and business strategies
- Collaborate with mktg team to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on research findings
COMPETITION ANALYSIS - Monitor competitors' activities and strategies in the real estate market
- Analyze competitor data and market trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Develop strategies to differentiate the company's projects and offerings from competitors
DEPARTMENT OPERATIONAL JOBS - Prepare departmental reports, including progress reports, performance metrics, and budget reports
- Manage contracts between agencies, suppliers, partners, legal, finance, & related departments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting & cash flow for departmental expenses
- Prepare memos and communications for departmental updates, announcements, and meetings.
- Assist in all company/ community events & exhibitions.

Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in public relations, Mass Communications, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. ExperienceProven experience in PR, preferably in the real estate industry. Technical SkillsStrong writing and editing skills in both languages: Arabic & English, with the ability to create engaging content.Experience with media monitoring.Experience with setting PR KPIs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/toolsKnowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniquesExperience with budgeting and Cash Flow management.
