Accounting & Logistics Specialist
Alwassleh Medical Trading Supplies is looking for an Accounting and Logistic Specialist with the following Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or any related field
- Graduated from a reputable university
- Can work with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Fluency in English language is a must
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- Under 30 years of age
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Honest ,positive , Flexible character and a good team player
- Can work under pressure
- Can take responsibility while performing the tasks
- Deadline driven and excellent time management and organizing ability
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy in entering financial data
Job Description :
- Work with accounts receivable and payrolls
- Prepare invoices on daily basis
- Reconcile account statements with customers on monthly basis
- Maintain Accurate records including ledgers, receipts and invoices
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
- Assist in the preparation of annual Balance sheets and periodic tax reports
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
- Prepare bank deposits on daily basis
- Generate and review weekly and monthly reports on timely basis
- Organize order processing and pick up from our international partners through e- mail communication insuring correct documentation
- Coordinate with the freight company for transportation movements
- Coordinate with the custom clearance company for clearing the goods until in store
- Managing inventory and warehouse monitoring
