A Well reputable Software company is looking for a full-time on-site HR and Admin Manager
Position Overview:
The HR and Admin Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing the human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This position requires a combination of strong people management skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to effectively handle administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Oversee employee on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Administrative Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees, including visa processing, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
- Prepare and manage the HR and administrative budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Set performance goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and provide coaching and mentoring support.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to promote a cohesive organizational culture.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR and administration, implementing innovative strategies as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR and administrative role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
