The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop client/business relationships
- Collaborate with clients to define recruitment needs and create job descriptions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offer terms and close candidates
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Management and training of junior Recruitment Consultants & resourcers
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a 360 recruiter
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A winning mentality
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
Salary & Package
The Senior Recruitment Consultant position offers a competitive annual salary with opportunities for industry-leading performance-based commissions.
- Basic Salary 10,000 - 15,000 AED pm, depending on experience

- Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
