1. Responsible for company personnel recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
2. Manage employee records and maintain the human resources information system;
3. Organize and implement employee training, performance evaluations, and employee relations management;
4. Assist in developing and improving the company's human resources management policies and procedures;
5. Handle employee labor contracts, social security, and other related matters;
6. Responsible for company culture building and organizing various company activities;
Skills
1. College degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Administrative Management, or related fields;
2. Over one year of experience in human resources preferred;
3. Currently residing in Dubai;
4. Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, and possess human resources management knowledge;
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
6. Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit;
