IVD/Medical Industry - Overseas Marketing/Sales (Middle East, Chinese working language)

1、依据公司战略目标,制定中东市场销售策略、销售计划、销售目标及实施方案,并组织和跟进外销计划的落地实施;

2、负责带领团队成员进行中东国家市场及渠道拓展、客户开发及维护;

3、负责公司在中东市场产品销售及管理工作,包括制定具体实施计划、销售风险预警、销售合同签订、销售过程把控等,完成公司下达的销售任务;

4、负责客户需求信息的收集,参与公司重大产品方向的讨论和政策等;

5、负责收集了解国际行业动态以及市场信息,推广公司品牌;

6、负责公司在中东销售团队的组建,并对团队成员进行培养、考核、激励,确保团队销售目标的达成;

7、参与海外销售业务流程的优化,逐步完善海外销售操作管理系统;

8、完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。


1. Based on the company's strategic goals, formulate sales strategies, sales plans, sales targets and implementation plans for the Middle East market, and organize and follow up the implementation of the export plan;

2. Responsible for leading team members in market and channel expansion, customer development and maintenance in Middle Eastern countries;

3. Responsible for the company's product sales and management in the Middle East market, including formulating specific implementation plans, sales risk warnings, signing sales contracts, controlling the sales process, etc., and completing the sales tasks assigned by the company;

4. Responsible for collecting customer demand information and participating in discussions and policies on the company’s major product directions;

5. Responsible for collecting and understanding international industry trends and market information, and promoting the company's brand;

6. Responsible for the establishment of the company's sales team in the Middle East, and training, assessment, and motivation of team members to ensure that the team's sales goals are achieved;

7. Participate in the optimization of overseas sales business processes and gradually improve the overseas sales operation management system;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.



Skills

1、本科以上学历,具备流利的英文或阿拉伯语听说写能力;

2、3年以上海外销售经验,生物学或医学相关经验者优先;

3、商业意识强,具备独立开发国外市场能力和市场营销能力;

4、精通外贸流程,熟悉中东当地法律法规和监管政策;

5、具备商务谈判能力、人际交往能力、资源整合能力、冲突解决技巧、全局分析能力、讲演说服技巧等。


1. Bachelor degree or above, with fluent listening, speaking and writing skills in English or Arabic;

2. More than 3 years of overseas sales experience, biology or medicine-related experience is preferred;

3. Strong business awareness and the ability to independently develop foreign markets and marketing capabilities;

4. Proficient in foreign trade procedures and familiar with local laws, regulations and regulatory policies in the Middle East;

5. Possess business negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, resource integration skills, conflict resolution skills, overall analysis skills, presentation and persuasion skills, etc.
