Human Resources Generalist

Functions:


Recruitment Management:


Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process, including posting recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc.

Ensure that recruitment activities are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.


Candidate Management:


Maintain and update the candidate database, establish and maintain good candidate relationships.

Provide professional recruitment consulting and support to ensure the candidate's recruitment experience.


Recruitment Strategy and Optimization:


Analyze recruitment data and trends, provide suggestions for improving recruitment strategies, and optimize recruitment processes and efficiency.

Skills

Educational Background and Experience:


Bachelor degree or above, human resources management or related fields.


At least 2 years of human resources recruitment experience, familiar with recruitment processes and interview skills.


Skills and Abilities:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively manage multi-faceted communication.


Strong organizational skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
