Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online marketing tools.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Off-Plan Sales:
- Become a specialist in off-plan properties, staying current on upcoming developments and market trends.
- Effectively present off-plan investment opportunities to clients, highlighting key benefits and potential returns.
- Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase process, from initial inquiry to reservation and post-handover support.
Secondary Sales:
- Manage a portfolio of secondary properties, conducting market research to determine competitive pricing strategies.
- Showcase available properties to potential buyers, conducting viewings and providing detailed information.
- Negotiate sale agreements and handle objections from buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
Overall Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, exceeding their expectations with exceptional service.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare effective sales presentations and marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and competitor activity in both off-plan and secondary markets.
- Utilize market research data to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge by sharing market insights and best practices.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of both off-plan and secondary property sales processes.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be well presented.
- Should have his / her own listings (ideally)
- Fluency in English, other languages will be a plus.
- Must have a RERA certificate.
- UAE Driving License and Car will be a plus.
