As the EV Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring to Service, diagnose & repair Electric vehicles In Xpeng Workshop based on the fault findings following OEM EV troubleshooting guides & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, Troubleshoot & diagnose Electric & ICE vehicle systems based on observation, mechanical testing, and computerized diagnostic equipment ensuring optimal performance and safety, as well as the information provided by manufacturer, customer, and service history.
- Service, diagnose, repair and replace vehicle components using the right special tools and following Xpeng Guideline and GSM SOP.
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on electric motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Provide accurate detailed warranty report and /or cash estimate for repair and parts replacement.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
Skills
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive engineering.
- Certified MG Electric/Hybrid Technician (or equivalent) from another car maker.
- EV Training qualifications.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity including 2 years as EV Technician
