Description
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
* Engage directly with customers and hospital administrators (buyers, HODs).
* Participate actively in tender processes, with familiarity in NUPCO and other buying arms.
* Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with distributor managers.
* Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
