Academy Administration and Operations Coordinator

Nexgen Sports Academy is seeking a dedicated Administrative and Operations Coordinator to oversee customer relations and accounting functions. This role is vital for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.

- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage official communications.

- Handle financial transactions, invoicing, and expenses using Zoho Books.

- Generate financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and facility management.

- Manage attendance tracking systems for students and staff.

- Maintain employee records, including HR documents. Manage employee leave requests, track entitlements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Provide administrative support to management and staff.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including labor laws and financial regulations.

- Utilize social media skills for marketing and communication purposes. Perform basic editing tasks as needed.


Work Schedule:

- Hybrid work arrangement.

- At home: 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM

- At office: 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM

- 6 days/Week

Skills

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in English is must.

- Proficiency in using Zoho Books or similar accounting software is an advantage.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Previous experience in customer service or in an academy environment is an advantage.

- Passion and knowledge in sports.

- Knowledge in digital marketing

- Photo and Video editing skills

- Female candidates with husband/father visa preferred.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
