Office Support

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Screening incoming calls and directing it to the correct point of contact
  • Creating Purchase Order and managing budget for non-productive purchases
  • Key contact person for office maintenance
  • Coordinating the outgoing office mail & office courier packages.


Skills

Preference:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a Multinational Company
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Immediate joiners only.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Must have customer service focus and experience
  • Good telephone etiquette skills
