National Business Development Manager

As a National Business Development Manager based in Dubai, UAE, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business across the country. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support Parts Department to achieve overall Business objectives
  2. Overall responsible for achieving Nissan & Renault Parts Exports Sales & Profitability Target for the IB markets
  3. Work closely with Head of IB to design, implement, analyze, and deploy new business processes.
  4. Visit designated overseas market & domestic export brokers based in UAE/Fze regularly to ensure customer needs & requirements are met from time to time.
  5. Formulate strategies to drive and enhance parts exports introducing value added services
  6. Manage current customer relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities.
  7. Track all business development activities, analyze monthly progress, and suggest new strategies based on market findings & competitor activities.
  8. Work alongside Head of IB to ensure specified territory is managed and effectively run and monthly sales targets of the region is achieved.
  9. Build and maintain successful relationships with existing & new potential customers.
  10. Have a close watch on competitor activity and report the same periodically to the management.
  11. Expand market intelligence of spare parts in the specified markets & provide feedback to Head of IB
  12. Support IB in annual business planning process
  13. Achieve all set KPI.
  14. Ensure adherence to company internal policy, audit policy and SOPs laid by the department.
  15. To follow corporate core values.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Eng.
  2. A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in spare parts international business
  3. Proactive & Aggressive
  4. Good system knowledge, Microsoft Excel, Power point & Good communication skills
  5. Valid UAE driving license.
