As a National Business Development Manager based in Dubai, UAE, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business across the country. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Support Parts Department to achieve overall Business objectives
- Overall responsible for achieving Nissan & Renault Parts Exports Sales & Profitability Target for the IB markets
- Work closely with Head of IB to design, implement, analyze, and deploy new business processes.
- Visit designated overseas market & domestic export brokers based in UAE/Fze regularly to ensure customer needs & requirements are met from time to time.
- Formulate strategies to drive and enhance parts exports introducing value added services
- Manage current customer relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities.
- Track all business development activities, analyze monthly progress, and suggest new strategies based on market findings & competitor activities.
- Work alongside Head of IB to ensure specified territory is managed and effectively run and monthly sales targets of the region is achieved.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with existing & new potential customers.
- Have a close watch on competitor activity and report the same periodically to the management.
- Expand market intelligence of spare parts in the specified markets & provide feedback to Head of IB
- Support IB in annual business planning process
- Achieve all set KPI.
- Ensure adherence to company internal policy, audit policy and SOPs laid by the department.
- To follow corporate core values.
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Eng.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in spare parts international business
- Proactive & Aggressive
- Good system knowledge, Microsoft Excel, Power point & Good communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license.
