Responsibilities:

· Operational Strategy Development: Develop and execute operational strategies for overseas users, ensuring efficient platform operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

· Team Management and Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

· Brand Construction and Content Planning: Oversee brand construction, content planning, and execution for Finance, Web3, and original content.

· Business Process Optimization: Analyze and improve product workflows for efficiency and risk reduction, implementing best practices for operational excellence.

· Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and optimize products, identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, partners, and clients, to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, developing strategies to enhance market position.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Skills

Requirements:

· Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Finance, Web3, with at least 3 years in executive positions.

· Leadership Skills: Strong team management and leadership experience, excellent communication, and coordination skills.

· Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Finance and Web3 industries, with innovative thinking and a proactive entrepreneurial spirit.

· Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, effective in high-pressure environments.

· Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese.

· Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; overseas study experience is a plus.

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest technological advancements in the Finance and Web3 sectors, with the ability to leverage these technologies for operational improvement.

· Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Finance and Web3 industries.

· Cultural Competence: Experience working in multicultural environments, with the ability to navigate and manage cultural differences effectively.
