Key Responsibilities:


- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the diaries of the sales team, scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring no conflicts and optimal time management.

- KPI Monitoring: Track and monitor key performance indicators, providing regular updates and reports to the sales team and management.

- Weekly Task Setting: Assist in setting and prioritizing weekly tasks for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

- Support Marketing & Business Development: Provide administrative support to the marketing and business development teams, including preparation of materials, coordination of campaigns, and follow-up on leads.

- Ad Hoc Admin Duties: Handle various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities within the sales department.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or E-Commerce environment.

- Exceptional diary management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

- Strong understanding of KPI monitoring and reporting.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
