Tasks:


  • Develop the assigned stores to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targets.
  • Execute sales plans (Regular, Promotions & Innovations) and other SDO priorities.
  • Identify selling opportunities to increase incremental displays and promotional programs in store.
  • Working closely with the delivery and merchandising departments to ensure top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts.
  • Monitor and administer a high level of contract compliance (Pepsi's Customer Development Agreement).
  • Ensure Planogram compliance and all other guidelines are implemented as communicated.
  • Provide superior customer service and cultivate strong relationships with customers to develop the sales strategy associated with each customer.
  • Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity taking place in the area served.

Skills
